Tennessee State soccer suffered an enormous blow this weekend as sophomore defensive again Camani Cobbs introduced his intentions to enter the switch portal, simply 13 days earlier than the Tigers’ opening recreation in opposition to North Carolina A&T.

Cobbs, a redshirt sophomore from McDonough, Georgia, joined TSU from Huge South-OVC rival Southeastern Missouri final season. He appeared in seven video games for the Tigers, recording seven complete tackles and two go break-ups.
Cobbs was named a BOXTOROW 2025 HBCU All-American coming into this season.
