Apple TV+ debuted the trailer for the upcoming, seven-part restricted collection, “Girl within the Lake.” The Alma Har’el created and directed collection stars award successful actress Natalie Portman, who additionally serves as government producer and Emmy nominated Moses Ingram. The collection follows the disappearance of a younger woman, which grips the town of Baltimore on Thanksgiving 1966. The lives of two ladies converge on a deadly collision course. Maddie Schwartz (Portman), a Jewish housewife looking for to shed a secret previous and reinvent herself as an investigative journalist, and Cleo Johnson (Ingram), a mom navigating the political underbelly of Black Baltimore whereas struggling to supply for her household.
