*(CNN) — An arrest warrant has been issued for Buffalo Payments linebacker Von Miller, who has been accused of assaulting a pregnant girl, the Dallas Police Division stated in an announcement to CNN on Thursday.
A police spokesperson informed CNN the arrest warrant is lively, which means Miller is at the moment not in custody.
The police division stated that Dallas police responded to what it stated was “a serious disturbance name” on Wednesday round 11 a.m. native time. Police stated a preliminary investigation decided Miller and the girl had a verbal argument and that Miller allegedly assaulted her.
In accordance with police, Miller left the scene earlier than officers arrived and the girl was handled for minor accidents and never hospitalized.
