Companies which have determined to finish DEI (variety, fairness and inclusion) initiatives are dealing with a backlash from civil rights organizations and the general public. 

Following the re-election of Donald Trump and push from right-wing organizations and media pundits, main companies comparable to Walmart, Harley-Davidson, John Deere and Tractor Provide introduced the rollback of DEI practices.
