Dame Dash’s Daughter, Ava, Evicted from $10K-a-Month Apartment in New York City

Nationwide — Ava Sprint, daughter of Damon Sprint and star of Subsequent Gen NYC, has been evicted from her $10,000-a-month Manhattan residence after failing to pay lease for a number of months. This comes as her father admits he’s struggling financially.

In response to Actuality Blurb, the eviction discover was tied to Ava’s Tribeca residence, which she shared with three others. Courtroom paperwork point out that they hadn’t paid lease for 4 months, with every month costing $9,995. Additionally they owed almost $3,900 for a part of a fifth month. The owner filed to have them faraway from the unit.

The discover was issued in October 2024. It gave them 14 days to vacate or face removing with out additional warning. The submitting acknowledged the tenants stayed within the residence with out permission after failing to pay lease.

To settle his money owed, Damon bought his one-third share of Roc-A-Fella in November 2024 for $1 million. That sale helped repay a state lawsuit and a part of the $193,000 he reportedly owes in baby help, seemingly related to Ava’s mom, designer Rachel Roy.
