
*Director Barry Jenkins responded to criticism on social media this week concerning his involvement within the Disney live-action prequel “Mufasa: The Lion King,” defending his involvement within the venture.
After Jenkins posted the trailer on X (previously Twitter), a person commented, “Barry, You’re too good and gifted for this Iger’s soulless machine,” referring to Disney CEO Bob Iger.
