Florida A&M Director of Recruiting Devin Rispress has resigned to simply accept a place with the College of Colorado.
Rispress introduced his departure from the Highest of Seven Hills in a publish on X Thursday night.
“As I kind this, I’m emotional but additionally excited to embark on this new journey,” he wrote.

Former Florida A&M head coach Willie Simmons, now at Duke, was very complimentary of Rispress’ work and new endeavor to Colorado head coach Deion Sanders, saying “Of all of the 5 stars you’ve signed, this can be your greatest one but.”

Rispress was employed because the Rattlers’ Director of Recruiting in 2022 following his time at the highschool ranks, teaching at Tallahassee’s Rickards Excessive and Gadsden County Excessive in Havana, Florida He helped to spearhead Florida A&M assembling the seventh-best FCS recruiting class in each 2022 and 2023, in line with 247Sports.
