*The legacy of iconic entertainer James Brown will take heart stage through a brand new A&E documentary. The four-hour documentary, titled “James Brown: Say It Loud,” will premiere at 8pm ET on Feb. 19, and 20 on A&E.
Interviews, never-before-seen archival footage of Brown and the singer’s beloved music catalog shall be featured within the Deborah Riley Draper-directed characteristic. Amongst these interviewed shall be Mick Jagger, Ahmir “Questlove” Thompson, Bootsy Collins, The Rev. Al Sharpton, Chuck D, Dallas Austin Jimmy Jam, and Terry Lewis, along with Brown’s kids Deanna, Yamma, and Larry Brown, stories Rated R&B.
Jagger and Questlove be part of Tariq “Black Thought” Trotter, Peter Afterman, David Blackman, Victoria Pearman, Bruce Resnikoff, Shawn Gee, Zarah Zohlman, Charlie Cohen, and Mari Keiko Gonzalez as govt producers.
