Judy Garland’s iconic ruby slippers from “The Wizard of Oz” are anticipated to fetch over $800,000 via Heritage Auctions. The footwear, at the moment at a bid of $812,000 with a minimal elevate to $825,000, have a storied previous involving theft and restoration.
