GREENSBORO, N.C. — A North Carolina household is mourning the lack of their youngest daughter after she was killed in a lethal hit-and-run over the weekend.
Xiomara Moore, 21, a North Carolina A&T pupil died from a hit-and-run crash on N. Elm Avenue and E. Pleasant Avenue on April 13, in accordance with the Greensboro Police Division.
