Phaedra Parks is opening up about her return to the “Actual Housewives of Atlanta.”
The truth star, who introduced in July that she is going to return to the hit Bravo collection, informed PEOPLE in a current interview that filming the sixteenth season of “RHOA” has been ”an actual welcome residence feeling.”
