HBCU GO, in partnership with affiliate community The Grio, has unveiled a sweeping 2025 soccer broadcast schedule.
The schedule guarantees followers 26 marquee matchups over 13 weeks and delivers unprecedented publicity for Traditionally Black Faculties and Universities (HBCUs) throughout the nation.
The season launches August 30 with a high-profile showdown between Hampton and Jackson State, setting the stage for a fall filled with basic rivalries and new traditions.
Among the many season’s highlights are the HBCU NYC Basic—that includes Morehouse and Howard at MetLife Stadium on September 13—the Fact & Service Basic pitting Hampton in opposition to Howard, and the much-anticipated inaugural HBCU Las Vegas Basic, the place Jackson State and Grambling State will battle below the lights at Allegiant Stadium on October 25.

Curtis Symonds, President of HBCU GO, referred to as the 2025 lineup the community’s “greatest yr in our schedule,” emphasizing the platform’s accessibility: “We’re not behind a paywall. We’re free. And it’s beginning to get extra dialog for extra folks,” Symonds mentioned, noting that HBCU GO’s syndication now reaches 95% of U.S. tv households and about 90% of Black households.
