Juneteenth is a day to honor one of the best of the Black neighborhood, from civil rights trailblazers to iconic athletes. Black creatives have come collectively to doc the triumphs and highs of African People who introduced their very own seats to the desk and adjusted the nation perpetually. Govt producer Shonda Rhimes and director Lagueria Davis inform the origin story of the Eighties Black Barbie doll, created by three Black girls employed at Mattel.
